Meet your Facilitator and Guide: Amanda Patterson

Hey there, I'm Amanda, and I'm here to help you experience natural inner harmony as you offer your deeply resonant and successful services to the world - and develop the skills to help your clients along the way.

Where this work comes from:

Growing up as a shy and introverted child, I developed a harsh inner critic that judged my quiet nature and love of the slower things in life.

I spent 25+ years learning to love myself honestly, and studied Parts Work, Voice Dialogue and Somatic Therapies amongst many others. Through my own process and working with hundreds of clients, I’ve seen how common this harsh inner voice is, and how transformative it is when we learn to relate to it differently.

Over the years, I have created and delivered trainings in the Somatic Soul Method, the Trauma Informed Practitioner Program, and the Mastering Trauma Informed Leadership Certification (recognised by IICT).

In this program, I share the insights and practices that help you work skillfully with the inner critic and the vulnerability it protects, bringing greater inner steadiness, kindness, and courage — both personally and in your work with clients.

How many hours will I need for this each week?

It will take approximately 30mins-1.5hrs per week to absorb the content and work with the journalling prompts and processes. Please also leave space in your life for the absoprtion of the content - give yourself room to feel it and dance with it in between the teaching modules.

Is this suitable for me if I'm not working with clients?

This training is designed for people who are, or who want to be, working with clients. You don't have to be working with them currently, but the content is created to support you towards your successful work in the world.
