Far too often I hear of people getting the guidance they need to move towards their dreams, and not acting on it from fear of losing what they currently have,

fear of getting what they want(!),

or from simply moving too fast in their life to notice or respect the guidance.

This has a big impact on whether they actualise their gifts or not.

We all want our work to succeed, our relationships to be smoother

and our connection in heart and soul to be rich and nourishing.

Our Knowing can help us get there.

When we practice following our Knowing, our desires and longings

either fall away as we see they aren’t real or right for us,

or they come into clearer focus and begin to manifest in our lives.

This guide gives a straightforward doorway into this process of integrating your body wisdom.

All you need is a willingness to notice, name and feel what stands in the way.

Who is your Guide? Meet Amanda,

As the creator of the Somatic Soul Method, Embracing the Inner critic, the Trauma Informed Partitioner program, and Mastering Trauma Informed Leadership Certification, she specialises in helping practitioners who have a soul calling to be of service, who want to integrate the body, mind and soul in their work so they can confidently deliver their own offers, groups and programs, while backing themselves all the way.

A little of my story:

"I lived a relatively unremarkable suburban life as a freckled, (very sweet!) Aussie girl growing up in the 80s and 90s. My parents separated early in my life and I lived between the conservative middle class Sydney of my mums home (complete with statues and objects from around the world and art on every surface) and part time visiting the Sanyasin share houses of my dad (complete with wild and expressive spiritual seekers and the teachings of Osho).

I had a love for art and books and a shyness that disappeared (dramatically) on the soccer field. Getting bossy, sweaty and loud was my favourite thing. I gravitated in my teens to spirituality, meditation and energetic healing. In my early 20s, ten days of silent meditation at a Vipassana retreat was my idea of heaven. I trained in Fine Arts, the Social Sciences and eventually landed in energetic healing and bodywork as my beloved and "right-fit" career.

But at 26, I met a man with guitar and "noble" facade. I fell in love, we made a baby, and experienced an abusive and traumatic end to that relationship that rocked me for years... while I rocked my new baby, then toddler then child on my hip.

The shock of this relationship showed me that “nice” and spiritual was definitely not enough.

Spiritual without access to a grounded “fuck off” was not enough.

I needed boundaries. I needed my bossy direction, my voice and to Be in my body.

And I needed to learn how I could have missed (and ignored) the signs of dis-ease with this man.

So I threw myself deeply into self development. I followed my feet into conscious dance, vipansana meditation, the Path of Love and Diamond Essence work, Gangaji and any, and many, workshop, group, Satsang or inquiry session.

Out of need and fascination, I studied trauma and attachment, into what makes us whole and what shatters the human heart, the effects of early childhood patterning on how we relate and love... what makes people hurt each other and how to mend what was broken or learn to live with it a new.

One thread that has carried me through these years has been that voracious interest in what makes us human and how we express/Be what is True.

How we Be ourselves.

This has developed more cleanly these days into a passionate mission to help more and more people to inhabit their beautiful, wild bodies, and love the skin they're in so much that they cant help but love the earth and all its creatures that so need us to care and have the capacity to Act.

This Guide into Deepening your Intuition is a small offering to support you to learn to LOVE and trust the signals from you body. Because I certainly needed someone to teach me that back in my 20s!

I hope you'll enjoy it and come on the ride of deepening and falling in love with the animal and wise soul that you are.
